Welcome to Ticket.it, developed by Sakhr Solution. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (“App”), including all features related to event discovery, ticket purchasing, and event reviews. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

By using Ticket.it, you agree to:

Ticket.it allows you to browse, review, and purchase tickets for events hosted by third-party organizers. We do not own or manage these events.

By purchasing a ticket:

  • You agree to the event organizer’s terms and refund policies.

  • We are not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to events by organizers.

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise by the organizer.

4. User Reviews and Content

You may post reviews and ratings for events you attend. By doing so, you agree that:

  • Your reviews will be respectful and truthful.

  • You will not post abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Payments

Payments for tickets are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Sakhr Solution or its partners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the app or its servers.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakhr Solution is not liable for:
